To advance the scientific research of nursing to enable future discoveries which will enable better understanding and nursing practices.

Leadership may include policy setting, regulatory compliance, areas of fiscal responsibliities, overall quality of patient care delivery, patient and staff satisfaction, administration, organizational outcomes and more.
